Sign in toΒ Seller CentralΒ and clickΒ Join Call. Enable your camera and microphone when the browser requests your permission. TheΒ Join CallΒ button will be activated 5 minutes ahead of the video call start time.
If you are unable to join the video call due to technical difficulties, we will call you within 5 minutes on the phone number you used to register on Amazon and we will guide you through the next steps. In this case, you may be asked to join the video call with an Amazon associate onΒ Chime.
Document requirements
We will accept only the original versions of the documents submitted for registration on Amazon Acceptable documents are:
