The main goal of the Government of Bangladesh is to transform the society of Bangladesh into a knowledge based society by changing its undeveloped way of life through the establishment of Digital Bangladesh in the 21st century. To digitally transform all levels of services, including living, education, health, management, working methods, industry, trade and production, economy, social and cultural life of the people of this country.

The services of various government organizations are provided through a single digital platform through a central digital service provider platform called 'MyGov'. The Aspire to Innovate (ATUI) program, already under implementation by the Department of Information and Communication Technology and the Cabinet, has been developed by the government with the support of UNDP. . Using which rapid digitization or digitization of government services in the fastest time is in progress. Gradually, the digital services of all ministries will be integrated into the MyGov platform, so that people can access all government services from one platform. It is also possible to provide any type of documents and payments online with low cost and fast service. Along with these services, the identity verification of the service recipients has also been arranged through the 'Introduction' platform.

Using the MyGoogle or MyGov platform, there are solutions to some of the most basic problems in the country's administrative system, including:

1. The need for the client to go to the same place more than once to avail the service will be reduced;

2. Excessive use of documents will reduce;

3. Identification complications will be reduced;

4. The waste of extra money will come down;

5. It will be possible to prevent additional delays.

Also in many cases service recipients do not know where / how / when the service will be available. Lack of information about services and lack of citizen-friendly means of service is a waste of time and money for both service recipients and providers. The government's ICT department's A2I program has already set up a central digital service provider platform called "MyGov" to transform the services of various government organizations into digital services at the fastest pace.

Benefits of a service provider at MyGov:

 All government e-service platforms have a single login system for administrative staff at MyGov.

The interconnection between all current and future systems of government has been made possible through the MyGov Technology Hub.

Through MyGov, in most cases, it is possible to provide services to citizens through digital platforms without creating any new software.

My Gov. Implementation Partners are able to offer a variety of customized access points and support services based on ministry / office requirements.

Reliance on specific technology skills has largely begun to decline through the MyGov platform.
